Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped from our office within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email or sms with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Shipping carrier can take from 1 to 10 days to deliver your order.

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping anywhere in Egypt. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions:

Currently, we ship within Egypt. We do not ship internationally but will soon be.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

Preorders:

For items available for preorder, please note the following:

  • Payment: Pre-orders that is already paid for via card is of higher priority than COD orders.
  • Shipping Date: The estimated shipping date for preorder items is 21 business days. Please note that this date is subject to change due to factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any changes to the shipping date.
  • Shipping Method: Preorder items will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout, once they become available.
  • Combined Orders: If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so sms. You can track the status of your shipment using this number on our website or the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Try-On Option:

We offer a try-on option where you can try on your order while the carrier waits. If you decide to reject the order during the try-on, we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend considering an exchange rather than rejecting the order outright to facilitate a smoother process.
