Returns:
ITEMS ON SALE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Returns are available within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
Exchanges:
ITEMS ON SALE ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE
Exchanges are available within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all exchanges.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Option 1: Initiate a self return request through our members portal. You can open our members portal through hang tags on ELUSIVES’ products or through the following link: member.elusive-intl.com. For an exchange, follow the same steps for a return and the add a customer note with the size you want in exchange.
Option 2: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at aminelamin@elusive-intl.com within the specified timeframe. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our team will provide you with further instructions.
Return & Exchange Cost:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges (150 EGP FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS) unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will replace the item or issue a refund as per your preference.
Refunds:
After the return request is accepted a courier will pick up the product from your delivery address and deliver it to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), it will be inspected, making sure the product is in new condition and passes all the return requirements. If accepted, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
In case of COD orders, the refund will be transferred via instapay.
