Orders
1) How can i order?
- ONLY ELUSIVE MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ONLINE ORDERS.
Visit Products Page to view all the available products for purchase. Then, select your desired products and make sure all of them are added to your cart by clicking on "Add to Cart" for every product. Once you are done adding all the desired products, click on checkout button.
2) How do i cancel my order?
- For order cancellation request visit our Contact Us page . Make sure to include your order number using the same member account used for purchase. As well as, cancellation request must be submitted in less than 24 hours after checkout.
3) Is there a receipt for purchase?
- Yes, an electronic receipt will be sent via email after purchase.
4) Why preorder?
- Each ELUSIVE item is limited in quantity. Preordering is the most effective method to ensure that you will own one of a limited-edition product.
(Some products are not restock-able.)
5) Why are products not restocked?
-ELUSIVE is committed to upholding the exclusivity of its products. Seasonal collections are deliberately not restocked outside their launch season, preserving the exclusivity and inherent value of each item. With meticulous attention to detail, ELUSIVE releases only two seasonal collections annually: AUTUMN/WINTER and SUMMER/SPRING. All other drops and collections can be restocked regularly based on member demand.

1) What are the benefits of becoming a member?
- As an ELUSIVE member, you'll be part of a community that values creativity, inclusivity, and luxury. ELUSIVE is dedicated to serving its community by providing exclusive pieces that are only available to members. You'll have access to limited edition collections that are crafted with the utmost attention to detail and quality. Additionally, you'll be invited to participate in exclusive events and experiences that are designed to bring our community together. As an ELUSIVE member, you'll be part of a select group of individuals who appreciate the finer things in life and who value the power of fashion to bring people together.
2) How do I register for the ELUSIVE Membership?
- On a desktop, press on the account button on the top right corner beside the cart button. On a mobile phone, press on the side bar button then click on Log in.
Next, click on Member Registration below the log in button, and fill the form then click submit to be added to the queue. If form was accepted an email will be sent for account activation and password set up.
3) What requirements must be met in order for a membership application to be approved?
- The requirements aren't set YET, so make sure you reserve your spot by registering as fast as possible!
Exchange & Return
1) Can i return a product?
- Currently, returning ELUSIVE products is not available, but will soon be.
2) How do i exchange my ELUSIVE product for another?
- For Online Purchases: request a return within 48 hours from delivery date using our Contact Us page, Make sure the product is unused, unaltered, with all the original packaging and tags in place. Upon your request, we will either arrange a pick-up for you (Please be aware that the pick up option may include shipping charges) or contact you with a drop off location.
As soon as our quality department accepts the return, we will start processing your refund.
Payment Methods
1) How can i pay for my order?
- Cash on delivery or card payments. We accept card payments through our websites secure checkout system: Paymob payment.
2) Is my payment secure?
- All payments are processed through Paymob payment gateway. Your data privacy will be governed by Paymob Privacy Policy
Shipping & Delivery
1) How can i edit or add a new address?
-Changing address of delivery should be made before checkout, to add a new address open your account tab, and press on "view addresses". Then click "add new address" to have multiple addresses or "edit" in order to change the default address.
2) When will my order be delivered?
- In Cairo, orders are approximately delivered between a 2 to 7 days period.
(Delivery time varies in certain regions.)
(Preorders might require an extra 14 days.)
3) What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
- If your order wasn't delivered after a maximum of 21 days from checkout please use the Contact Us tab, and provide us with your order number and details and our team will contact you with your order status.
4) Can i refund my shipping charges?
- Original shipping fees charged during purchase are non-refundable.
